Certified Financial Planner® support (optional)

Responsibilities

Grow your client base by developing new connections, maintaining a strong referral network, and delivering a superior client experience.

Build personalized, holistic financial plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Manage client plans to help achieve financial goals.

Cultivate long‑term client relationships through all life stages.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

Entrepreneurial mindset and ambition to own and grow a practice.

Experience in relationship‑building or client‑facing roles.

Excellent time‑management and critical‑thinking skills.

Strong communication and drive.

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits

Performance‑based earnings:

Average advisor: $61 000–$119 000 (first 3 years)

Top 25% advisor: $137 000–$250 000 (first 3 years)

Renewal income for continued client support and policy management.

Salary Range USD $61,000 – $250,000 per year.
