Position Summary: We are seeking a
Corporate Recruiter
to join our internal team in
Tampa, FL . This is a
full-time, in-office
role where you’ll recruit for a variety of internal positions including
recruiters, operations staff, accounting professionals, and administrative roles . The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and loves working with motivated, high‑energy people.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for corporate and field‑based positions.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from job posting to offer acceptance.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
Represent NSC Staffing culture and values throughout the recruitment process.
Contribute to ongoing process improvements and candidate experience initiatives.
Qualifications:
2+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or staffing agency preferred).
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
High energy, positive attitude, and a team‑first mindset.
Must be able to work
onsite
in our Tampa office.
Bullhorn experience preferred but not required.
