Sodexo Healthcare is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support UCHealth hospitals in the Cincinnati Metro Area. The HR Manager will support food service and environmental services (EVS) managers, supervisors and frontline employees in multiple locations. This position will be on-site at The UC Medical Center.
What You'll Do
Have an extensive background in human resources management
Have experience managing HR/Administrative support team members
Be an expert in labor laws
Be tech-savvy with the ability to pick up software quickly

Qualifications & Requirements Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 Years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year of HR experience
