Human Resources Representative
located at our Tukwila, Washington office. Additional duties include but are not limited to:
Recruitment
Develop and manage assigned job vacancies in partnership with HR recruiters and hiring managers that meet hiring target dates with competitive candidates. Ensure positive candidate experiences at every stage of the recruitment process. Utilize Ultipro ATS.
Partner with hiring managers on all aspects of employment including creating, posting and managing the recruitment process through a successful and memorable onboarding of new hires.
Employee Relations, Professional Services:
Advise, coach and facilitate discussions with leadership regarding employee concerns; provide consultation to leadership on all aspects of employment which includes employee coaching, counseling and separations. Promote positive working relationships within organizations.
Facilitate and manage key professional services duties, including the performance management review process, managing FMLA, worker’s compensation, onboarding and personnel documents.
Coordinate timely processing of performance reviews and compensation adjustments.
Maintain HR metrics for assigned customer groups and for HR reporting.
Responsible for guiding all employees to ensure consistent adherence to the Harnish Group, Inc. corporate strategy and company policies, procedures, and practices.
Facilitate employee, manager meetings and training on HR related programs and policies to include our annual Employee Opinion Survey, Open Enrollment and other employee related projects.
Coordinate workers compensation and return to work with employees and supervisors.
Personal Attributes, Experience, and Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent in work experience. Active SHRM certification required.
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization with professionalism, a strong customer focus, confidentiality and diplomacy. Commitment to protect confidential and sensitive employee information is essential. Manage multiple tasks and projects with unexpected changing priorities.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel.
Flexibility to visit assigned branches in the Western Washington areas. Some planned travel required to travel other regions for the purposes of recruiting.
