VP of Talent Acquisition
to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a dynamic team in the
healthcare/dental industry . The role is a
permanent
position with a
hybrid schedule
(4 days a week in-office).
Base pay range $160,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr
Employment type Full-time, Permanent, Hybrid (4 days a week in-office).
Location Nashville, TN (In-office/hybrid).
Responsibilities
Developing talent acquisition strategies and driving execution for a multi‑site and multi‑state organization
Lead, manage, and coach a team of recruiters
Step into the recruiting seat when needed, especially for urgent and/or senior‑level opportunities
Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on labor market trends, workforce risks, and available talent
Oversee agency partnerships
Manage relationships with institutions and professional associations
Own talent acquisition performance metrics and analytics
Develop dashboards and workforce analytics
Manage talent acquisition budgets
Optimize ATS platforms and sourcing tools
Continuously evaluate recruiting workflows to improve efficiency
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in full‑cycle recruiting
5+ years of experience leading multi‑site recruiting functions
Dental industry experience preferred; healthcare industry experience required
Extensive experience managing and coaching recruiting teams
Provider and non‑provider recruiting experience required
DSO or multi‑site healthcare expertise
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree ideal
Experience using iCIMS is a plus
Experience in a private equity backed organization is ideal but not required
Experience working in a high‑growth organization is ideal
