L3Harris is seeking a dynamic HR Recruiting Assistant to join the corporate Talent Acquisition team. This role will support multiple segments and sectors and directly impact the businesses. Must- Haves (Hard Skills)
Experience with MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience managing calendars, scheduling meetings, travel arrangement, and expense reporting
Strong documentation and record retention skills
Essential Functions:
Support Enterprise interview scheduling & on-site candidate support
I-9 and Citizenship Verification
Documentation and retention of key records
Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance (in the future but not required to start)
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent with 8 years prior HR or administrative experience, 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 4 years prior experience in HR or administrative roles Preferred
