Responsibilities
Assisting with the design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies to achieve needed fulfillment expectations.
Acting as Kelly brand ambassador through the development of relationships with clients, community outreach organizations, and educational centers.
Handling full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding functions for the area.
Attending scheduled job fairs and/or recruiting events.
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences
1+ years of recruiting, onboarding, or human resources experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer service focus.
MS Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Valid United States Driver’s License in good standing.
Ability to travel up to 20‑30% locally to hiring, recruiting, school, talent, and other position‑applicable events.
Candidates must have the ability to work full time onsite at the Kelly Education Office Monday through Friday.
