Responsibilities
Manage all day-to-day tasks of your agency
Solicit new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members
Prospect and generate new business through leads & referral sources
Be outstanding at relationship building
Provide ongoing support to insurance clients as needed
Requirements
Licensing, Registrations & Experience: appropriate licenses and/or authorizations to sell life insurance, annuities and financial products offered by FWNL and FFS
At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience in the Life and Financial Services industry
Agree to transfer any existing Series 6, 7 and/or 63 FINRA registrations to a designated Broker/Dealer, or agree to take the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam and obtain a Series 6 or 7 registration and, if applicable, the Series 63 registration within ninety (90) days of a written request
Satisfactory results of a background check
