As our Insurance Account Representative, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. Responsibilities
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Work alongside your agency's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
Qualifications
220 Property & Casualty License REQUIRED to WORK REMOTE
Life License
preferred as well
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
Ability to effectively relate to a customer & communicate with customers to resolve issues relating to insurance
Bilingual Spanish is highly requested for business in this market area
