Craft Recruiter
to join our client’s growing team in
Houston , focused on
construction and industrial recruiting
for the Oil & Gas sector. This
hybrid role
blends
in‑office recruiting
with
regular job site travel
in Houston and the Gulf Coast region. This is a ground‑floor opportunity to help build out our client’s Oil & Gas division.
What You’ll Do
Recruit and place
skilled trades talent
— including pipefitters, welders, and other industrial craftsmen — for contract‑based work
Proactively
source candidates
through job boards, referrals, mobile tools, and outbound outreach
Build and nurture
long‑term relationships
with both clients and field employees
Collaborate closely with
sales and field leadership
to understand client workforce needs and deliver solutions
What We’re Looking For
3+ years
of recruiting experience in Oil & Gas or industrial skilled trades
Strong relationship‑building skills with both clients and field employees
Tech‑savvy, organized, and comfortable in a
high‑activity recruiting environment
Willingness to travel regularly throughout the Gulf Coast region
