Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

Identify and engage top technical talent through proactive outreach

Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates and clients

Conduct cold calls and phone screens to qualify talent

Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies

Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance metrics
