A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst III.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday functionality and manage day-to-day administration of HR systems
Act as the primary liaison to IT for system implementation, optimization, and testing of formal releases
Generate compliance reports and manage IT audit processes to maintain data integrity and security of the HRIS
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related HR or IT field or equivalent business experience
At least 5+ years of experience with HRIS / HCM platforms, including a minimum of 2 years with Workday
Experience managing HRIS security administration, system configuration, and report analytics
Strong familiarity with Google Suites and / or Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
Experience delivering end-to-end Employee and Manager Self-Service functionality
