The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced

Clinical Onboarding Manager

to lead critical operational functions supporting our rapidly growing network of 350+ healthcare providers across all 50 states. This role is essential to our scaling strategy as we continue to grow. You will fully own the process of onboarding Allara providers from credentialing through their first 30 days, maintaining strong relationships with providers and other key stakeholders.

Location:

Hybrid SoHo office in NYC, at least three days a week (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday), or Remote anywhere in the US

Your Impact

Define, optimize and own all onboarding steps for providers, including technical and systems onboarding, required training steps, collection of all necessary provider documentation, and handoff to the clinical management team.

Maintain warm and engaging relationships with providers throughout the onboarding process, ensuring timely and seamless transitions into care.

Follow up consistently and proactively to ensure onboarding tasks are completed in a timely manner and provider capacity expectations remain on schedule.

Develop and maintain KPIs, SOPs, QA measures, and dashboards for monitoring provider onboarding steps. Regularly report on key metrics to leadership.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve operational workflows and data management practices, and design and implement automations to foster process improvement.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of healthcare operations experience, with at least 1 year in a management role

Experience managing distributed healthcare provider networks (100+ providers preferred).

Proven track record in operational analytics and KPI management.

You're relentless and able to follow up consistently with providers and problem solve on the fly.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in multi-state telehealth, digital health, or virtual care operations strongly preferred.

Experience with multi-state healthcare operations and provider network management.

Experience with learning management systems or provider onboarding software solutions.

What Allara Offers Compensation & Career Growth

$75,000-$85,000

Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to: candidate experience, education, certifications, and skill set.
