Description
SHINE Technologies is seeking a Grants/Loans Administrator to be responsible for performing high-level professional work related to coordinating loan management activities for SHINE’s Chrysalis Project. The Grants/Loans Administrator will oversee the loan reporting and management process, including drafting, processing, monitoring and coordinating required status reporting to loan guarantors. This team member will work closely with the VP of Projects, the Director of Project Controls, the Finance Director, and VP of Government Affairs to provide ongoing status updates and reports and will work with various department management to collate data and summarize information pertinent to loan administration and management.
The base salary range for this position is $54,000 - $108,000 per year plus a comprehensive compensation package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to loan terms, conditions, policies, and procedures, working with appropriate teams to make corrections as needed
Prepare progress reports for funders, manage communication with funders, and provide technical assistance related to such reports
Provide status updates to SHINE leadership related to reporting and communication to funders
Requirements
Administrative background with a focus on government-funded grants and loans
Ability to manage and complete multiple activities, prioritizing them in a way that contributes most to Company success
Cooperative approach to reporting and status updatingAbility to critically evaluate information and the confidence to ask questions when things don’t make sense
Outstanding communication skills
A bachelor’s degree with at least four years of grant/loan management experience in a technical industry, preferred.
Eligibility for employment is conditioned on the applicant’s ability to qualify for access to information subject to U.S. Export Controls. Additionally, applicant’s eligibility may be conditioned based upon meeting the Nuclear Regulatory Commission requirements for access to Safeguards Information, which typically requires a pre-employment drug screen, fingerprinting and criminal background check.
