Location:
Appleton, WI or Manitowoc, WI
In this role, you will work closely with job seekers by sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and supporting them throughout their assignments, while providing exceptional customer service.
Position Overview – Key Responsibilities
Full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and screening to ensure client job orders are filled with high-quality talent
Networking and building connections to grow the candidate pool
Conducting orientations and processing new-hire (Talent) paperwork
Highlights of Employment at ABR
Competitive compensation , including base salary and commission
Minimum starting base salary of
$55,000 annually , plus
monthly commission
based on gross profit dollars generated through recruiting
Generous paid time off , accruing at
four weeks annually

Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of
three years of experience
in a related field
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Creative, outgoing, and energetic, with a demonstrated track record of exceeding goals
