Key Responsibilities
Represent lenders
and other clients in
complex commercial real estate transactions
Draft ,
review , and
negotiate loan agreements
and related transaction documents
Conduct title

survey review ,
analysis , and
resolution
of related issues
Provide strategic guidance to clients on real estate
financing structures

risk mitigation
