Base Pay Range $75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Corporate Accountant will perform month‑end and year‑end close activities, ensuring timely reconciliations of all accounts (balance sheet, income statement, multiple banks, etc.)
Perform detailed account reconciliations, including cash, payroll accruals, and other treasury‑related accounts
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Utilize accounting software for entries, reporting, and reconciliations
Support process controls and efficiency initiatives
Work with internal teams to ensure financial controls and compliance
Assist with audit preparation and provide support to external auditors
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
3+ years of accounting experience
GAAP principles and multi‑entity reconciliation experience
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, V‑lookups)
