Description The Wealth Advisor position is based in our Green Bay office and offers a unique leadership‑track opportunity. This role is envisioned as a successor position to our current Director of Wealth Management, with the opportunity to inherit and manage an established, well‑diversified book of business over the next 3+ years. As the Senior Wealth Advisor, you will serve as a trusted partner to external clients by providing ongoing assistance in the accumulation of wealth and safeguarding of assets.
Beyond your client relationships, you will play an integral role within our established group of Wealth Management professionals, working alongside nationally recognized team members who serve clients with the highest degree of ethics and professionalism. KerberRose will support your continued professional growth through leadership development opportunities, team mentorship, and collaboration with an experienced group dedicated to your success.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage client relationships, offering strategic financial and investment advice tailored to clients’ objectives and long‑term goals.
Evaluate financial needs, current holdings, and available investment capital to design and implement comprehensive financial plans.
Monitor client portfolios and make recommendations consistent with direction provided by the KerberRose Investment Committee and Investment Research Team.
Deliver clear, effective, and professional client presentations that communicate strategy, performance, and long‑term planning.
Attend client and/or prospect events and seminars.
Participate in firm leadership activities, with potential to serve on the KerberRose Investment Committee or the Investment Research Team.
Maintain detailed documentation of client activities and strategies within Advyzon CRM to ensure continuity and transparency across the team.
Network with and prospect clients in the community.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in business‑related field or commensurate experience
7+ years of experience in the business industry
Proven ability to manage and grow a book of business, with the capacity to assume a large, established client base.
Prior supervisory experience and leadership skills preferred, but not necessary
Series 66 or 65 license required
CFP® or CTFA designation preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; familiarity with Adobe and CRM systems preferred.
