Deeply curious, client‑focused, and driven to build rewarding relationships, a Wealth Management Advisor at TIAA partners with affluent clients to identify financial goals, analyze resources, and develop tailored recommendations that help them achieve well‑defined objectives. Key Responsibilities
Partner with affluent clients to identify financial goals and develop recommendations that align with objectives. Communicate complex financial solutions to clients utilizing interpersonal communication and relationship building skills. Build meaningful, long‑lasting relationships, developing and implementing appropriate financial solutions. All required licenses must be obtained within 120 days from start date. Educational Requirements
University degree preferred. Work Experience
5+ years in a role with personal accountability and managing a book of business or equivalent experience; required. 5+ years building long‑lasting relationships with affluent clients or equivalent experience; required. FINRA Registrations
Series 7; Series 63; Series 65; Series 66. Licenses and Certifications
Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) – multiple issuers required. Certified Financial Planner (CFP) – preferred. Chartered Financial Analyst – Level I – preferred. Physical Requirements
