Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Solid Excel skills and comfort with digital tools.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Consistent, reliable, and confidentiality-minded.
2-5 years of experience in lending and/or financial sales.
Proven track record in sales, business development, and relationship management within a banking environment.
Strong understanding of loan documentation, compliance regulations, and collateral requirements.
Responsibilities
Develop new business by proactively identifying and cultivating loan and deposit opportunities through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
Maintain and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying cross-sell opportunities for other bank products.
Evaluate loan applications and supporting documentation to confirm creditworthiness and compliance with bank policy.
Monitor, collect, and manage loans in the assigned portfolio to ensure quality and performance.
Ensure compliance with all lending policies and regulations.
