Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Service existing accounts and ensure customers make decisions armed with the right amount of information. Solicit new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources. Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Prior Sales Experience is a plus. Strong work ethic and leadership skills. Intermediate knowledge with productivity software (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Teams) Experience with Salesforce a plus Texas Property & Casualty license is required.
