Deposit Analyst

About the Role The Deposit Analyst supports FourLeaf in achieving its strategic deposit goals through data‑driven insights and cross‑functional collaboration. The role works closely with the Deposit Products Manager and internal stakeholders to monitor product performance, ensure compliance, and drive initiatives that enhance deposit growth. Key activities include development and delivery of reporting, analysis of product profitability, support for audits and compliance reviews, and project coordination for new and enhanced deposit products.
Core Contributions
Data Analysis & Reporting
Gather and analyze business intelligence from internal data, industry reports, market trends, and competitive insights to inform deposit strategy.
Organize and interpret deposit‑related data including internal performance metrics, competitor pricing, and market funding sources to produce actionable reports and respond to leadership inquiries.
Create and maintain sales reporting tools and dashboards to support Retail, Business Banking, and FourLeaf Financial Group (FFG), enabling visibility into performance and opportunities.
Assist with preparation and delivery of presentations and materials for internal stakeholders.
Product Development & Strategy Support
Support the development, testing, and rollout of new and updated deposit products, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational readiness through cross‑functional coordination.
Collaborate with the Deposit Products Manager to implement strategies that drive deposit growth and optimize product performance across business lines.
Review and assess the impact of program and product changes, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and enhanced member value.
Sales & Marketing Collaboration
Partner with sales and marketing teams to support deposit campaigns, track performance, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Contribute to the implementation and tracking of incentive programs and promotional awards designed to drive performance and reinforce FourLeaf’s standards.
Special Projects
Participate in special projects as assigned, providing analytical support and project coordination to advance deposit‑related initiatives.
Assets You Will Bring
Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Field of Study: Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in financial services, banking, or a related field, with a focus on deposit products, financial analysis, or product management.
Familiarity with banking regulations, audit processes, risk management practices, and project management is strongly preferred.
Computer Skills: Excel (Advanced Spreadsheet Analysis), PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
Skills: Analytical, Business Acumen, Deposit Account Product Knowledge, Data Analytics, Data Visualization, Market Awareness, MS Excel, Presentation Design, Project Management, Growth Mindset, and Collaboration.
Compensation & Benefits The estimated salary for this role is $31.17 to $37.40 per hour.
