Responsibilities
Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD; working knowledge of Adobe CC, SketchUp, and related tools.
Strong organizational skills to manage workflow and prioritize objectives.
Advanced understanding of planning, programming, and design processes.
Detail-oriented with constructability knowledge and quality focus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Manage projects from inception through construction administration.
Lead design teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Prepare and coordinate
construction documents , specifications, and details.
Conduct
code research , manage permitting, and oversee compliance.
Handle RFIs, field changes, shop drawings, and material reviews.
Perform site observations and prepare punch lists.
Maintain project schedules and ensure quality standards.
Professional Requirements
Professional Degree in Architecture.
5–10+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Professional Registration required.
Strong detailing and design ability.
Ability to disseminate information and manage project workflow effectively.
