Our challenge We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Data & Fenergo Platform Engineer / Architect

to design, build, and integrate

enterprise KYC, Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Financial Crime platforms .

The role focuses on

Fenergo Core & Fen-X , real-time and batch data processing, and advanced analytics using modern data platforms. This position will work closely with

compliance, financial crime, onboarding, data engineering, and architecture teams

to deliver scalable, secure, and regulatory-compliant solutions.

The Role Responsibilities: Fenergo & CLM

Implement and customize

Fenergo Core

for Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), KYC, AML, and regulatory onboarding.

Develop workflows, rules, configurations, and integrations using

Fen-X .

Design and implement integrations using

Fenergo Connectivity & Data Integration Platform (CDIP) .

Integrate Fenergo with upstream/downstream systems (CRM, Core Banking, Risk, AML, Data Platforms).

Data Engineering & Streaming

Build scalable batch and real-time data pipelines using

Apache Flink .

Design streaming and event-driven architectures for onboarding, screening, and transaction data.

Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance across platforms.

Modern Data Platform

Design and manage data lakes using

Apache Iceberg .

Query and optimize large datasets using

Starburst (Trino) .

Implement analytics-ready data models for compliance, reporting, and risk.

Analytics & Visualization

Build dashboards and self-service analytics using

Apache Superset .

Enable business users and compliance teams with actionable insights and KPIs.

Financial Crime & Advanced Analytics

Integrate and support

Quantexa

for entity resolution, network analytics, and financial crime detection.

Work with AML, fraud, and compliance teams to operationalize analytics use cases.

Architecture & Governance

Ensure security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance (KYC, AML, GDPR).

Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of data and CLM platforms.

Collaborate with enterprise architects and cloud teams.

Required Skills & Experience Must Have

Strong hands‑on experience with

Fenergo Core

and

Fen-X

Experience with

Fenergo Connectivity & Data Integration Platform

Solid expertise in

Apache Flink

(streaming & batch)

Experience with

Apache Iceberg

and

Starburst / Trino

Data visualization using

Apache Superset

Integration or hands‑on experience with

Quantexa

Strong SQL and data modeling skills

Experience in

banking, financial services, KYC, AML, or financial crime domains

Nice to Have

Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP

Kafka or other messaging platforms

CI/CD and DevOps exposure

Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (FATF, AMLD, FINCEN, OCC, FCA)

Experience working with large global banking clients
