Our client, a leading organization in the Saint Louis MO area, is seeking a dedicated
Call Support Specialist
to join their dynamic team. As a Telecommunications/ Call Support Specialist, you will be an essential part of the support department, providing vital communication assistance to ensure seamless operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
Screen all calls for the executive team
Maintain and update available extensions for Teams and Cisco/ORM users
Answer incoming calls, handling 80-100 calls per day with professionalism and efficiency
Remove extensions for employee separations and assign new extensions for new hires
Set up voicemail and Archi bus configurations for users
Collaborate with the Cisco team to resolve phone-related issues and create service tickets in SAP for port activations or other service needs
What's Needed?
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with phone systems such as Cisco or Teams is preferred
Ability to work closely with various teams including IT and administrative staff
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to handle irate callers professionally and efficiently
