Distribution Process, Quality Analyst New Bern, NC / Full-time Your responsibilities Distribution Process and Quality Analyst ensures the proper monitoring and controlling of distribution operations in order to achieve process and cost optimization of the distribution of BSH appliances.
co-creation of BSH transportation network and distribution processes in the RNA region
development of new ideas and proposals for the transportation network and distribution processes optimization
creation, implementation, maintenance and update of control standards and control solutions for distribution to optimize distribution processes and costs
running monitoring of the effectiveness of BSH transportation network and distribution processes and proposing optimization measures
running monitoring of the distribution performance and proposing optimization measures
running monitoring of the carriers performance and proposing optimization measures
providing cost analysis for all changes in the transportation network and distribution processes
contribution in the preparation of Business Requirements and Change Requirements related to distribution according to the guidelines
first point of contact in case of problem solving or changes in the transportation and distribution processes
preparation and maintenance of work instructions and manuals related to the transportation and distribution processes
preparation of training materials for distribution team, CDC, RDCs and carriers; preparation, implementation and execution of training programs for distribution team, CDC, RDCs and carriers
Performs all other duties as assigned
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree (Distribution, Logistics, Business, or similar field) – Required
5-7 Years of Experience (Warehouse and Distribution process knowledge) – Required
Language skills: English (knowledge of German helpful)
Mathematical skills: college level
Reasoning Ability: ability to make decisions, control and influence large groups of people including top management
SAP super user/implementation specialist
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
The pay range posted for this position is based on the location noted in the posting title. Exact compensation offered may vary based onyourspecific skillset and work location. If the position is bonus or incentive eligible then the payments range from 0% to 200% of target with details laid out within the plan document.

The greater of (a) 40 hours of paid sick leave or (b) state or local minimum requirements for paid leave (Non-Production Line).
40 hours of paid personal leave (Production Line).
12 days of paid holidays per year (max 8 hours paid per day).
