Job Summary
We are looking for an Office Administrator to perform all-purpose duties including assisting front office teammates, providing the necessary tools, training, and information to effectively perform their job, ensuring accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and record‑keeping for all center associates, maintaining accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash handling procedures to company standards, and delivering a world‑class customer experience by ensuring consistent application of Caliber Standard Operating Procedures through ongoing training and monitoring.

2 years of experience within a customer‑facing environment.
1 year of experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll (preferred).
Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
Abilities / Skills / Knowledge
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to navigate multiple software systems, e.g., Microsoft Office Suite.
Work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
