Insight Global is looking for a Technology Support Analyst to join one of the largest non‑profit healthcare systems in the US. In this role, you will be supporting the Supply & Service Resource Management (SSRM/Supply Chain) applications, including the ERP system, in accordance with companywide standards. You will also extrapolate data from multiple sources, present the outcomes to leadership, demonstrate strong data analytics skills, and manage processes that bring customer value. Other responsibilities include: Utilizing documentation and procedural standards, this position is responsible for maintaining the SSRM applications (ERP, Contract Management System, Item Request system) on a regular basis Leads special projects, participates in meetings where appropriate, and contributes to continuous improvement of processes, customer service, financial outcomes, and value add Lead implementation of new facilities within the ERP system, ensuring appropriate data migration, end‑user training, and adherence to project milestones Assess the degree of change management required to meet technology and business goals Work collaboratively with facility materials management and other functional leaders Manage the site resources jointly with facility management to ensure tasks are completed as scheduled Serve as a resource for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SSRM technology Electronic data interchange (EDI), working with trading partners to resolve operational issues, coordinate and test all EDI implementations, analyze current implementations, and make recommendations for improvement Process and monitor all inbound/outbound documents Review and test upgrades and added functionality to support the ERP system Develop reports, analyze data, and update data for the ERP system Develop and train ERP end‑users across the organization Perform functional process analysis to ensure site processes reflect workflows required by Lawson, and work with other functional teams such as the A/P technology team, to modify and document processes to form standard operating procedures and documentation practice Act in an independent manner with minimal supervision, while maintaining high quality standards Seniority Level
