Responsibilities The Revenue Cycle Sr. Application Analyst is an expert in operational workflows and serves as a consultant to operations through designing efficient and effective technical flows to match best‑in‑class operations. The analyst consistently and effectively translates complex technical terminology into operational requirements that align to best practice technical solutions.

The Sr. Application Analyst builds and maintains strong stakeholder relationships across the organization to ensure design criteria are well understood and solutions meet enterprise expectations. The analyst collaborates with operations to determine objectives of their applications opportunity/request and documents the business requirements to facilitate implementation of new or improved processes/systems.

The analyst challenges operations to think outside normal processes and promotes efficiency in the way of doing business within and external to the Revenue Cycle. They identify business strengths and opportunities and offer recommendations based on best‑practice research for areas of improvement. The analyst plans and manages large projects, coordinates resources to implement software, hardware, programs, systems or processes within the Enterprise Revenue Cycle, leads medium/large team efforts and provides operational and technical guidance to applications staff.

They conduct and/or facilitate detailed and complex business analysis for large projects, execute complex tasks through planning, organization, and a detail‑driven approach, and present in virtual settings. Functional knowledge of healthcare and/or revenue cycle is required. The analyst demonstrates customer‑oriented service excellence, excellent interpersonal communication, and self‑motivation to identify and resolve issues and advance personal knowledge.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of applications, process, or revenue cycle experience required.

Advanced experience with UiPath or comparable RPA platforms preferred. Experience with LLM, NLP, and agentic AI solutions strongly preferred. Management experience preferred.

Licensure/Certification Required Certified in primary Epic module and proficient in multiple Epic modules OR relevant Intelligent Automation certifications required. Preferred applicant certifications should be in the following Epic Applications: Prelude, Referrals and/or Identity.

Compensation Detail $113,776 – $164,985 per year
