QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Excel in a fast-paced, demanding, and continuously changing environment

The ability to work on a team, maintain a positive attitude, and be open to learning

Strong creative problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and a strong work ethic

Install, modify, and repair printers, computer hardware, and software

Ability to frequently multi-task and prioritize tasks

EXPERIENCE

Windows OS installation and troubleshooting

Hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, peripherals)

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Comprehension of basic networking architecture and troubleshooting

Basic Active Directory knowledge

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary

Work with employees across all company locations and departments to assess and respond to IT needs

Interact with hardware and software vendors to resolve user problems

Responsible for desktop configurations, imaging and providing maintenance of these systems

Document tickets, changes, and system configurations

Analyzes users' system problems and provide solutions

Onboarding new users

End user hardware deployment
