What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead and manage the technical execution of Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration projects
Act as the primary technical authority for EBS-to-Fusion migration strategy, architecture, and execution
Analyze legacy EBS processes and translate them into Oracle Fusion solutions with business and functional teams
Define and execute data migration and conversion strategies, including mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading
Oversee system testing, integration testing, and UAT, resolving defects and performance issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 10+ years of total experience
Proven hands‑on experience in Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration
Strong technical knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture, Oracle Fusion Cloud, and migration tools
Extensive experience in data migration, conversions, and reconciliation between EBS and Fusion
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Oracle Fusion Cloud or EBS certifications are highly desirable
Experience migrating or integrating Oracle CPQ to Oracle Cloud CPQ
Hands‑on exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills
