BCG Attorney Search
A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney for its Southwestern, Georgia territory. This role involves handling a high volume of cases and requires strong communication skills. The position is based in Crawford, Georgia, and offers opportunities for court appearances and legal document management.
Duties
Draft and review legal documents including Summons, Complaints, and Settlement Agreements. Prepare and file litigation motions and responses as needed. Communicate with attorneys, employers, and consumers to resolve accounts and suits. Review lawsuits and legal pleadings for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate court coverage and ensure all necessary documents are prepared for attorney appearances. Requirements
Licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia. Additional licensing in other states is welcomed. Ability to appear in court consistently and punctually using personal transportation. Willingness to travel, with reimbursement for approved expenses. Strong multitasking abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications
Active bar membership in Georgia. Skills
Strong legal research and writing skills. Ability to manage a high volume of cases efficiently. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
