Compensation and Benefits

$85,000 – $115,000, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Lead your own caseload and develop thoughtful, strategic approaches for each client.

Represent clients confidently in contested family law matters, including hearings, mediations, and trials.

Help families reach a resolution through negotiation, not just litigation.

Apply strong knowledge of the Texas Family Code and Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.

Counsel clients with clarity, compassion, and practical guidance.

Collaborate with a team that believes in winning together and growing every day.

Qualifications

Three or more years of experience handling contested family law matters.

Active Texas State Bar license.

Strong negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills.
