Support the planning and execution of multiple projects or programs to enhance the organization’s software products.
Perform program analysis, manage risks, and communicate status across various management levels.
Continuously evaluate and improve software development lifecycle processes.
Manage risks and resolve issues impacting release, scope, schedule, and quality.
Define and track key metrics and performance indicators, ensuring cross‑functional team alignment and successful delivery.
What's Needed?
Experience in developing commercial software products using agile development practices.
Proven ability to manage cross‑organizational software development projects from initiation through delivery.
Hands‑on experience with developing and reporting on engineering metrics.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, especially with large‑scale systems.
Knowledge of controlled software release processes involving product lifecycle management tools.
