We are seeking a highly organized and strategic leader to oversee the global production, rollout and inventory management of CVM assets for the brand. The role requires a balance of big picture thinking and hands on execution, ensuring the delivery of world class in-store experiences while optimizing costs, processes, and sustainability practices. Production & Rollout Management
Lead the end-to-end production, execution, and global rollout of CVM assets across all stores. Ensure timely, cost effective delivery of in-store assets that meet the highest quality standards of a global luxury brand. Own and manage the timelines for both the new store openings and global rollouts, partnering closely with Development and Custom teams to ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule. Partner closely with cross functional teams – including Design, Graphics, Finance, Global Store Design, Store Planning, Visual Merchandising, Market Operations and Logistics to deliver seamless store openings and creative rollouts. Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with global vendors, fostering strong partnerships for long-term success. Inventory & Forecasting
Manage inventory planning for six display programs totaling over 700 distinct styles, ensuring optimal availability to support store openings, replenishment, and future campaigns. Lead the forecasting process, aligning form distribution and inventory flow with market needs and company strategy. Develop and implement systems to track display usage, monitor demand, and manage obsolescent, replenishment and re-ordering. Conduct regular inventory productivity analyses, identifying opportunities to reduce excess stock and plan for upcoming demand in partnership with the Styling teams. Budgeting & Procurement
Oversee global rollout budgets, serving as the primary point of contact for financial planning and cost management. Partner with Procurement to develop competitive big strategies and negotiate bulk pricing and terms of service. Drive continuous cost analysis and supplier evaluation to optimize spending while maintaining quality. Communication & Stakeholder Alignment
Ensure that proactive updates on deliveries, replacements, and production status to regional and global teams. Oversee the communications with regional teams, ensuring all requests – including replacements for damaged forms, new orders, and special/custom orders – are managed effectively and delivered to standard. Ensure all rollout tools-including installation, directives, communications from Market Operations, logistics planning and tracking mechanisms – are delivered by the various teams in support of deliveries. Sustainability & Innovation
Lead initiatives to transition to sustainable production methods, materials and shipping practices. Identify and source new vendors to support innovation, quality and sustainability goals. Systems & Process Optimization
Manage the Coupa Procure-to-Pay system in partnership with the finances team, ensuring a smooth purchase order to invoicing process. Build and manage a comprehensive database to streamline tracking, reporting and forecasting. Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and grow the CVM Production Team, as well as freelance support. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability. Required Qualifications
5-10 years of proven experience managing global production of visual merchandising display items and/or products 5-10 years of experience overseeing and tracking product and/or supply inventory and operations in a luxury, retail or consumer goods environment. Experience overseeing a global production budget. Strong track record of budget management, vendor negotiations, and global rollout execution Strong communication skills and desire to bring forward suggestions for efficiency and cost effectiveness without compromising end product Success with creating, following and delivering within timelines and deadlines Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with project and deadline changes and priority shifts Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI (or similar analytics tools), with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to proactively manage a complex process. Experience with working cross-functionally and a proven ability to work with a variety of people and present ideas and information to a group. Ability to travel as needed for store visits & installations. Strong knowledge of vendor sources and craftspeople for materials, techniques, props, and fulfillment. Preferred Qualifications
Comfortable and appreciative of a luxury retail setting. Strong sense of composition and design. Strong conceptual skills. The hiring range for this position ranges from $122,485 - $172,920. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
