Position Purpose:
The Clinical Tech will provide basic patient care in the Med/Surg unit at Good Samaritan Hospital, working under the direction of an RN/LPN.
Responsibilities
Assess and provide basic patient care needs while maintaining patient care standards.
Function as a member of a health care team and be self‑motivated.
Qualifications
Licensure/Certification:
Nursing Assistant certification preferred; BLS certification required.
Education:
High‑school graduate or GED equivalent. Student in a medical field program may be hired.
Experience:
Hospital or clinical experience preferred.
Special Qualifications:
Computer skills required; medical terminology preferred.
