Role Description This is a full‑time Mental Health Therapist position based in Clermont, FL, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some remote work flexibility. The therapist will provide individual, family, and group counseling to address a variety of mental health challenges. Key responsibilities include creating and implementing treatment plans, conducting mental health assessments, performing case management tasks, and collaborating with clients to develop tools for long‑term wellness. This role requires empathy, professional expertise, and a commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
Qualifications
Proficiency in treatment planning and mental‑health therapy
Experience in social work and case management practices
Knowledge of family therapy and related counseling approaches
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a hybrid work environment (onsite in Clermont, FL, with remote flexibility)
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
Valid licensure to practice independently in Florida (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
Experience providing culturally competent and inclusive care
