Immediate CRNA openings at Blue Ridge Surgery Center in Raleigh, NC; flexible, fast‑paced 8‑bed ambulatory surgery center.
Description Blue Ridge Surgery Center was established in 1985 on Blue Ridge Road with four operating rooms. Since then, it has grown to six operating rooms with two procedure rooms. Today, this location spans 13,000 square feet and is staffed by 80 professionals, including long‑tenured teammates. Blue Ridge Surgery Center is committed to high‑quality surgery services that deliver superior patient experience and clinical outcomes.
Awards Blue Ridge Surgery Center is proud to be among the 89 Surgical Care Affiliates centers recognized on Newsweek's 2022 list of Best Ambulatory Surgery Centers. Accreditation by The Joint Commission (TJC).
Case Assignments Full spectrum of outpatient anesthesia‑orthopedics, cataracts, retinas, ENT pediatrics, and GYN.
Shifts No call, weekends, or holiday work.
Team Leadership Ashley Davenport, CRNA. Born and raised in eastern North Carolina, she has called Raleigh home for the last 25 years. She received her BSN from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and her MSN from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Blue Ridge Surgery Center has been her home for the last 6 years. She leads an outstanding anesthesiologist and anesthetist team and is passionate about employee recognition and retention.

Responsibilities
Pre‑anesthesia assessment
Obtains and/or verifies patient consent
Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition
Performance of clinical intervention as needed
Requirements
Master's Degree from an Accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant Program
Complies with American Academy of Anesthesiologist Assistants licensure guidelines
Must provide Articles of Incorporation for either an "S" Corp or "C" Corp
Must provide own malpractice insurance coverage for full State Limits
