Join the Athletico team as a Clinic Manager Physical Therapist.
Position Overview Reporting to the Regional Director, the Clinic Manager leads day‑to‑day clinic operations, including patient treatment, onboarding new employees, training current staff, reviewing treatment plans, and enhancing community health.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee clinic operations and patient care.
Onboard, train, and manage clinic staff.
Review and approve treatment plans.
Maintain quality patient outcomes and clinic standards.
Collaborate with community partners and promote Athletico services.
Qualifications
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapy program.
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapist.
Current CPR certification.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
