Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a RN Supervisor located in Nassau, NY. Responsibilities include LPN oversight, creating PONS, AMAP certification, staff education, and care management in a small cluster of group homes.
Qualifications
OPWDD experience preferred
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of New York
Ability to develop and implement care plans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
BLS/CPR certification
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
