8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 40 hours per week

What You’ll Be Doing
Serve as the operational glue that holds the department together, overseeing activities to meet strategic goals.
Collaborate with the Director to plan, grow, and improve services—and assume leadership responsibilities when the Director is absent.
Maintain day‑to‑day operations, including scheduling, staffing, and ensuring team support.
Champion performance‑improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Provide empathetic leadership, inspire teams, and foster open communication across departments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred).
2–3 years of leadership experience in healthcare.
BLS or ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and a proven improvement‑initiative track record.
Excellent communication and people skills, with an ability to collaborate.
Service‑oriented, team‑first mindset, and ability to manage priorities effectively.
Comfort with technology and strong organizational skills.
Even Better If You Also
Hold a Master’s degree.
Enjoy problem solving, team‑building, and celebrating achievements.
