Role: Infra Technical Specialist- Microsoft Dynamics 365

Job Summary The Infra Dev Expert role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration and configuration of RTE within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. With a hybrid work model the expert will leverage their extensive experience to enhance system functionalities driving efficiency and innovation. This position requires a deep understanding of CRM systems and a commitment to optimizing business processes.

Responsibilities

Lead the configuration and integration of RTE within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to ensure optimal system performance

Oversee the development and implementation of CRM solutions that align with business objectives

Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving CRM-related issues to minimize downtime

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective CRM workflows

Ensure the security and compliance of CRM systems by implementing best practices and protocols

Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and user experience

Develop and maintain documentation for CRM processes and configurations to support ongoing operations

Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding of CRM systems

Evaluate new technologies and tools to recommend enhancements to existing CRM infrastructure

Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on CRM strategies and objectives

Implement data migration strategies to ensure seamless transition and integration within CRM systems

Conduct regular audits of CRM systems to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

Support the companys mission by driving CRM innovations that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction

Qualifications

Extensive experience in RTE configuration within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is required

Strong analytical skills to assess system performance and identify improvement opportunities

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members

Proven ability to lead complex CRM projects from inception to completion

Familiarity with hybrid work environments and ability to adapt to changing work models

Commitment to staying updated with the latest CRM technologies and industry trends

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals

Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize CRM functionalities.

*Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future*

The annual salary for this position is between $140,000- $155,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
