Vehicle Final Quality Associate
for our dealership in Birmingham, AL.As part of our reconditioning team, our teammates areinvolved inthe movement andqualitycontrolofourpre-ownedvehicles being prepared for sale.Our 190-point mechanical and safety inspection, with ourthorough cosmetic reconditioning process,ensureseveryvehicleissafe, clean, and reliable.Thereconditioning team worksquicklyandcollaboratively to produce consistent results. WhatYou’llDo: Cosmetic inspections, quality assurance,and ensuringvehicles’readiness for sale Work in ahigh-volume, team-based environment Operate vehiclesaccurately andsafelythroughout the lot Assistin the valet processas needed WhatWe’reLookingFor: No experiencerequired, automotive background a plus Ableto work outside in all climates and conditions Be transparent Willingness to learn Take ownership Celebrate small successes Take the high road What We Offer: $17per hour Health, Dental and Vision Insurance 401k with 4% company match Paid vacation Access to leadership and personal development programs
