Our hvac technicians maintain, and repairs heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. The technician ensures systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration)
Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using testing equipment
Perform routine maintenance such as filter replacement, cleaning coils, and checking refrigerant levels
Troubleshoot system malfunctions and recommend appropriate repairs
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations
Respond to emergency service calls as neededMaintain accurate service records and documentation
Communicate clearly with customers about system issues and repair options
Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (technical or trade school preferred)
HVAC certification or license (EPA Section 608 required)
Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role
Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems
Ability to use diagnostic tools and hand/power tools
Good problem-solving and customer service skills
Physical ability to lift equipment and work in confined spaces
Preferred Qualifications
HVAC Certificate or Associate degree in HVAC or related field preferred
Experience with commercial or industrial HVAC systems
Work Environment
Residential homes, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities
May involve working outdoors, in extreme temperatures, or on ladders/rooftops
On-call or weekend work may be required

Competitive pay based on experience
