Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) – PRN at Foundations Intellectual Disability Care Facility
Broad River Rehab is looking for an OT on a PRN basis to work at the Foundations Group Home in New Paris, Ohio. This role focuses on adaptive equipment and wheelchair evaluations.
Location New Paris, OH
Schedule
1–2 days per month (preferably 1 full day & 1 half day)
Available one weekday per month
Requirements
Ohio Occupational Therapy license required
Occupational Therapist degree required (Master's or Doctorate)
