Schedule:
Full‑time Night 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Compensation:
$35–$47.50 per hour, based on experience. Shift differentials for nights and weekends $3.50 each.
Sign‑On Bonus:
$10,000 (no commitment).

Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
Provide respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions.
Perform insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes.
Promote continuous quality improvement.
Teach and counsel patients and families.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Active CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent.
Proof of graduation: college transcript/diploma (preferred) or high‑school transcript/diploma or GED.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date.
Current state licensure required.
ACLS certification required upon hire (agency RT must have ACLS on first shift).
Preferred Qualifications
One year of related experience.
