We are recruiting for
Night Care Assistant
to join our dedicated team at Haddon House Nursing Home in Clowne, S43. At Haddon House, we offer care and nursing support to older adults and individuals living with dementia and complex needs. If you are passionate about making a difference in people’s lives, we would love to hear from you.
Rate of Pay:
In line with the national minimum wage, with increments for NVQ Levels 2 and 3
Hours:
Full time
Shift Times:
19:45-08:00. We work on a rota basis including alternate weekends and some bank holidays
Sponsorship:
We are unable to offer sponsorship at this time.
5.6 weeks of Annual Leave

Responsibilities: As a Care Assistant at Monarch Healthcare, you will:
Provide person-centred care and support for daily living activities
Work compassionately and understandingly, supporting the well-being of our residents
Qualifications and Skills:
Genuine interest in providing high-quality care
Compassionate and empathetic nature
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
