Origin Travel Nurses
7 days per week departmental coverage - operation from 7 AM to 4:30 PM - 5-day work week with the possible schedule including 1 weekend day (Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday). Hours worked per two-week period may be up to 88 hours. There is no guarantee of hours or shift preference.
Job Description
Under general supervision, the Occupational Therapist will perform diagnostic assessments and prepare and implement treatment plans to provide professional occupational therapy services for a full range of cases involving the habilitation and rehabilitation of patients. This role may involve providing all occupational therapy services for a unit, center, or facility, and performing other duties as required. The ideal candidate must be available to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as necessary based on hospital operations, with services provided 24/7. Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans for patients. Provide a full range of occupational therapy services as needed. Work collaboratively within the rehabilitation team to support patient recovery. Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system (Meditech). Ensure compliance with state regulations and standards of practice. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in settings such as Acute care, Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), rehabilitation hospitals, or outpatient care. Hawaii Occupational Therapy License (must be obtained by start date). BLS certification required. Why ARMStaffing?
