Day Shift Hours Monday – Friday: 6:00am to 4:30pm
Our operation is currently based in Fulton, MO. We will be relocating to our new location in Columbia, MO in March 2026.
How You Will Contribute As an Installation Technician in our hydraulics department, you will play a crucial role in the hydraulics bay. Your responsibilities will include installing, servicing, inspecting, and troubleshooting hydraulic systems and components, all contributing to the completion of heavy‑doy work truck builds.
The role also involves diagnostic and repair work. You will need to read schematics, diagrams, blueprints, perform shop math, and ensure accurate installations and repairs. Knowledge of wiring and electrical systems is a plus.

What This Role Needs (Preferred)
Basic shop math & ability to interpret work instructions, diagrams & blueprints
Hand dexterity and working knowledge of hand tools
Must be willing to work in a team environment
Previous experience in manufacturing setting
Familiarity with weld, assembly processes
Technical degree helpful and/or specialty certifications (i.e., welding, electrical, hydraulics), not required
Working Conditions
Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs.
Bending, lifting, and standing
Exposure to noise and weld and grinding smoke at times
