Maintenance Supervisor**Job Description:**
Maintains and repairs Manufacturing machinery and equipment, looks for improvements and automation opportunities, and reports low levels in parts and supplies.**Job Responsibilities:*** Properly maintain production equipment.* Document maintenance activities according to company policy.* Work with other technicians to become more familiar with the machinery and effectively deal with the most common problems experienced with the equipment.* Report any noticed shortages or low inventory levels of spare parts or consumable inventory to supervisor.* Respond to service calls for regular and emergency maintenance.* Perform preventative maintenance tasks as assigned and requested.* Help with installation and learn operation of new equipment.* Perform basic mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting* Repair production machines and report any unusual situations, improper operation of machines, or damaged/defective material to proper supervision.* Read and interpret equipment manuals to perform required maintenance.* Comply with safety regulations, food, cosmetic, dietary supplement and OTC/TGA cGMP’s* Maintain clean and orderly work areas.* Assist Manufacturing Engineers with various aspects of improvement projects.* Make suggestions for improved and additional PM procedures as experience with the machines increases.* Learn to adjust and troubleshoot automated equipment and systems as necessary.**Job Qualifications*** Degree in Engineering, Electrical, or related field preferred* Or 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience* Knowledge of Quality and cGMP standards* Experience with automation preferred* Ability to help supervisor enforce company policies within team* Ability to motivate and train team members* Must be safety and quality conscious* Must be able to communicate well to others as well as receive communication from others.* Knowledge of power and hand tool use.* Familiarity with automated systems.doTERRA International, LLC. is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
